About the transfer to Morrow Bank
Will my current interest rate change because of the transfer to Morrow Bank?
After the transfer, Morrow Bank's general terms apply to your loan, since you are no longer a customer of Moank. Contact Morrow Bank in December for questions about your terms or your loan.
What happens to my loan protection insurance with the transfer to Morrow Bank?
When Morrow Bank takes over as lender, your loan protection with AXA is cancelled. If you meet the criteria you will automatically be enrolled in an insurance plan when the loan transfers to Morrow Bank — you'll receive more information from Morrow Bank about this. For claims that occurred before 1 December, contact AXA. Phone +46 8 517 614 06, the easiest way is to report a claim on the web: clp.partners.axa/se/skada.

Why is Moank no longer offering personal loans?
Moank has chosen not to offer personal loans for the time being, in order to focus on other initiatives going forward. At the same time we're not closing any doors for the future — it's possible Moank will return with new types of consumer loans later on.
If I don't have direct debit, how do I get my invoice from Morrow Bank?
You will receive your invoice by post. You can also find it digitally on "My pages" on morrowbank.se.
Will my repayment period or monthly cost change because of the transfer to Morrow Bank?

My loan is with a debt collector — how does this affect me with the transfer to Morrow Bank?

I have direct debit — what should I do with the transfer to Morrow Bank?
Your direct debit mandate will be transferred automatically — you don't need to do anything. The direct debit mandate for Moank AB will be cancelled at the time of the takeover, after which Morrow Bank will take over the mandate and thereafter be the payee. Today the direct debit mandate is linked to Moank AB 559000-0237 with BG 5495-0928; after the takeover of the mandate it will be linked to Morrow Bank 955759-3739 with BG 169-0858. About loans
What does it cost?
The interest rate is set individually and is based on your credit profile, which is influenced by several factors. We can't give an answer about your individual rate in advance. The rate is set individually between 4.90 % and 14.95 %. A set-up fee of SEK 395 applies as a one-time fee when signing a loan. Monthly paper invoices cost SEK 39 each. Direct debit is free.
What is the effective interest rate?
The effective interest rate refers to the actual cost of a loan expressed as an annual rate on the credit amount. The effective rate is calculated as if interest is paid once a year, which is why it differs from the nominal rate when payments are made monthly.
Why has my loan application not been approved?
We perform a credit assessment on all our customers. If the assessment shows that you may have difficulty repaying the loan, we don't grant it. We don't want you to end up in a difficult financial situation.
Where do I find my loan agreement?
You'll find your loan agreement when logged in to My pages.
Can I repay my loan early?
If you want to repay early, you can notify customer service at info@moank.se about which day you want to settle the loan. You'll then receive the amount and payment details.
Can I settle the loan early?
Yes, it's fine to settle the loan early. To do this you need to contact our customer service. Under anti-money-laundering law we must verify where the money you intend to settle the loan with comes from. We do this by collecting documentation such as a new loan agreement, gift deed, receipt etc.
How do I repay my loan?
You repay the loan easily via direct debit. The agreed amount is withdrawn every month on the due date (the 28th). You don't have to keep track of when and how to pay.
Which day is direct debit drawn?
Direct debit is drawn on the 28th of each month. If the 28th falls on a holiday, it will be drawn on the next banking day.
How do I set up direct debit?
You connect to direct debit by logging in to My pages. You'll find information there on how to proceed.
My loan has not been drawn via direct debit — why?
It can be due to several factors: either the direct debit signing wasn't complete because after giving the mandate via our site you didn't return to your loan overview on My pages and choose an account for direct debit, or the 28th fell on a holiday and the draw happens a day or two later. It may also be that there wasn't sufficient coverage on the account on the draw day.
Where can I see my invoice?
You can view your monthly invoice when logged in to My pages.
What happens if I can't repay my loan?
If you know you won't be able to repay, please contact us so we can solve the situation together. If there isn't enough money on your account when we draw, we'll send a reminder, which incurs extra costs for you.
How is my personal data handled?
Your personal data is handled in accordance with Moank's privacy policy.
How do I see my annual statement?
Go to My pages and open the "Documents" page, where you can download your annual statement.
